Christine Homitsu White
Christine Homitsu White has been writing stories and poems since she was 5 years old and has loved spoken word with the passion of a thousand blazing suns since she first heard it in ’06. She’s performed at various venues around Portland and is currently co-host of the Three Friends coffeehouse weekly open mic with her friends in the Show and Tell Gallery posse. Often seen as 1” deep and 100 feet across, she’s a former Zen Buddhist seminarian, occasionally makes radio at KBOO, plays electric bass badly, juggles produce at People’s co-op and runs the grounds department at a small campus of a large college.
